What are the call rates?
Rates are charged in per-second increments and start from 3.2 cents per minute for enterprise accounts.
1300 number rates from 6.5 cents, and 1800 rates from 7.5 cents.
How does porting work?
Once you confirm you want to port to Telephonic, it takes up to 10 business days. There is no down-time during the port, and your calls will continue to connect to you as normal.
What's the call quality like?
It's excellent! We won't bounce your calls all over Australia (or the world) just to get a slightly cheaper call rate.
